Prepare to indulge your palate with an array of dishes from: - El Milagro: Authentic Mexican flavours with a twist - Street by Sunil: A taste of Indian street food magic - The Salt Project: Simple, delicious seafood dishes - Socafro Kitchen: A burst of Caribbean sunshine on a plate **More Than Just a Meal** Each vendor will create a special tasting menu to be paired with expertly crafted Roe & Co cocktails. El Milagro, a team from Mexico City, brings a taste of their homeland to Dublin. Expect vibrant, authentic dishes made with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
