From June to September, some of Dublin's most exciting vendors will be taking over the Powerhouse Garden. Prepare to indulge your palate with an array of dishes from:

- The Salt Project: Simple, delicious seafood dishes

More Than Just a Meal
Each vendor will create a special tasting menu to be paired with expertly crafted Roe & Co cocktails. The distillery's mixologists will be showcasing the versatility of Roe & Co whiskey, creating unique pairings that complement each dish.

The Roe & Co Summer Garden is open Thursdays to Saturdays, with two seating times: 5:45 pm and 8:15 pm. Please note that this is a strictly over-18s event.
El Milagro Kicks Off the Flavour Fiesta!
The summer series kicks off with a bang! El Milagro, a team from Mexico City, brings a taste of their homeland to Dublin. Expect vibrant, authentic dishes made with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
