Teeling Whiskey Distillery

Teeling Whiskey Distillery is a family-owned distillery located in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. Founded in 2012 by Jack Teeling and Stephen Teeling, the distillery is the first new distillery to open in Dublin in over 125 years. The Teeling family has a long history in the Irish whiskey industry, with their father having worked in the industry for over 50 years.

The distillery has quickly made a name for itself by producing a wide range of high-quality Irish whiskeys. Their flagship product is the Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey, which is a blend of aged Irish malt and grain whiskeys. This whiskey has a rich, complex flavour profile with notes of vanilla, honey, and spices.

In addition to their Small Batch Irish Whiskey, Teeling also produces a number of other unique and exciting whiskeys. Their Single Malt Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and aged in ex-bourbon barrels. This whiskey has a strong malt flavour with notes of caramel and toffee. They also have a Single Grain Irish Whiskey, which is made from 100% malted barley and aged in ex-wine barrels. This whiskey has a light, fruity flavour with notes of apple and peach.

One of the things that sets Teeling apart from other whiskey distilleries is their use of unique cask finishes. They finish some of their whiskeys in ex-rum, ex-sherry, and ex-port barrels. This imparts unique flavours and aromas to the whiskey that can't be found in other Irish whiskeys.

In conclusion, Teeling Whiskey Distillery is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Irish whiskey. The family has a long history in the industry, and their commitment to quality and innovation is evident in every bottle of whiskey they produce. With a wide range of unique and flavourful whiskeys to choose from, there's something for every whiskey lover at Teeling.
